About the balloon flight policy:

If the balloon flight is canceled due to air conditions, your payment will be refunded. After booking, reservation cannot be canceled in the last days before the flight. If the guest does not wake up and go for the flight, payment will still be charged. We will inform our guest about the flight schedule and other details, 1 day before the flight.
